Return & Refund Policy (Body Care Products)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items received.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used body care products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
